Eligible Returns

We will accept returns or exchanges **only** in the following circumstances:

Damaged Items

  • Products that arrive damaged during shipping
  • Items with manufacturing defects

Return Process

3. Return Shipping: For damaged or incorrect items:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label OR offer a full refund/replacement without requiring return of the damaged item

4. Resolution: Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no charge, OR Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are **final sale** and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Opened packages (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Custom or personalized lures
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect item and would like an exchange:
